On Thursday we will provide a small breakfast as well as lunch and coffee/tea. On the second day of the event there will be the last Round of Argument, as well as the name-giving breakfast and the Final Round. The winners of the Pre-Moot will be announced right after the Final Round. We look forward to also announcing speaker awards for the first time.
The Pre-Moot is held at the
Faculty of Law at the University of Hamburg
Rothenbaumchaussee 33
20148 Hamburg Germany
While participation in the 16th Breakfast Rounds is free of charge, participants will have to arrange their own transport to/from the University of Hamburg and accommodation in Hamburg during the Pre-Moot. The Faculty of Law is located a 5-10 minute walk from the train station Dammtor (S-Bahn and Bus) and train station Hallerstraße (U-Bahn)
You can take the S-Bahn from the airport to Hamburg city center - the fare is about €4 for a one-way ticket or €9 for a day pass and takes 20 minutes. There are also taxis waiting right outside the exit of Hamburg Airport to take you into the city. The taxi ride varies depending on the time of day and traffic conditions but takes about 20-30 minutes. From the main train station, it is only one stop by S-Bahn to reach the Law Faculty.
